- Robustly Screen Prospective Tenants with both 50 State Criminal Background Check AND Detailed Credit Bureau Reports
- Tenant Lease Creation
- Collect Rents via state of the art online platform and at all Citizens National Bank locations (in store locations are open Saturday mornings!)

- Maintain Property as Necessary (with input and approval of the owner of course)

The only expense the owner has is 10% of the rent collected. No fees for lease creation, tenant selection & screening, or property inspections.
